Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing tickets, carefully review your event selection. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, artists and theaters, generally prohibit The Jazz Manor from issuing exchanges or refunds after a ticket has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, you will not contact The Jazz Manor to seek a refund or exchange from The Jazz Manor when The Jazz Manor is prohibited from providing one by its clients, and you will not dispute or otherwise seek a “chargeback” from the company whose credit card you used to purchase tickets from the Site. Should you do so, your tickets may be cancelled, and The Jazz Manor may, in its sole discretion, refuse to honor pending and future ticket purchases made from all credit card accounts or online accounts on which such charge-backs have been made, and may prohibit all persons in whose name the credit card accounts exist and any person who accesses any associated online account or credit card or who otherwise breaches this provision from using the Site.
The Jazz Manor does not collect sensitive credit card information, although we may use names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, and mailing addresses. TJM will only use this information to complete orders and to notify users of new events and special offers. User’s can request to be removed from the TJM mailing list at any time by simply sending the text, “please remove me from your mailing list” in an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
