The Jazz Manor.com has been established to provide all visitors to this website as well as the members (known as Jazzkatz) with greater access to the “Jazz World”. Our goal is to keep you aware of who is performing at all the local venues in the tri-state area, what date and time, and ticket pricing information. We will post informative articles and interviews about jazz artists. Reviews on performances, new CD releases, and movies made about the genre can be found on this site too. We want to foster a community of jazz listeners into jazzkatz who use our site to talk to each other, exchange records, CDs, videos, jazz memorabilia and artworks.
The events sponsored by TMJ will range from wine tastings with Jazz recordings playing, to “love Jazz” played by new jazz artist, to charity dinner dance events, and to live performances by well known jazz musicians. There will also be events that feature artwork by up-and-coming painters, where jazz will be played, live and recorded. Our forum is designed to encourage meaningful conversations about the world of jazz, issues that impact our life as jazz lovers, and almost anything else. We are committed to deliver to you information, music, art, and entertainment to the best of our ability.
